  19.         Each client to whom usage is granted of SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source
  20.     code is bound by agreement to the following:

  22.             (1) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS retains all rights to its
  23.                 source codes, including (but not limited to)
  24.                 modification and distribution in source, unit,
  25.                 object, library and executable formats.
  26.  
  27.             (2) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source code may be distributed
  28.                 by clients, in modified or unmodified form, in
  29.                 executable format ONLY, and must be accredited in
  30.                 all documentation with the following notice:
  31.                 "portions (c) 1991-93 SERIOUS CYBERNETICS".

  33.             (3) SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source code may not be
  34.                 distributed by clients, in modified or unmodified
  35.                 form, in source, unit, object or library format,
  36.                 nor released in software, in those formats, that
  37.                 contains any part thereof.

  39.         I affirm that I have read and fully understand the above terms
  40.     governing the use of SERIOUS CYBERNETICS source code, and do and will
  41.     comply with all conditions described therein.
